Prince's Castle
Description
The Prince’s Castle, built in the second half of the 15th century, is situated in the center of Merano, behind the Town Hall and Arcades Street. It fea-tures historical furniture, weapons, a wood-paneled ancient parlor, tiled stoves, bedrooms, a maiden room, and a small chapel adorned with frescoes from the 16th century, offering an intriguing glimpse into medieval life.
The Castle has few stairs. There are no lifts. The ground floor, on the other hand, is more easily accessible via emergency or service exits.
