Although in part a mighty ruin, it reminds the greatness of old time. The chapel, perfectly conserved, with important Romanesque Frescos that go back to the XII century, show the importance and richness of the Counts of Appiano. The Castle is reachable with a walk of about 30/40 minutes along a path in the wood.
